Upside Down World
The world has its own maxims and proverbs that it often quotes as gospel truth. This article seeks to weigh them against Sacred Scripture, which is the inspired and inerrant written Word of God.
Here are ten common doctrines of our modern fallen world. Read each Scripture prayerfully, and reflect on what God is saying to us. We do not want to conform to the world, but rather we seek to be transformed through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost.
The world is upside down. Only the way of Heaven, the path of Our Lord and the Saints, makes sense for the Christian. His Word is truly a lamp for our feet.
1. "Forgive but never forget."
Ephesians 4:32 Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
